Location: Remote

Travel: 2-4 times per year to Washington, D.C. area and other client locations for in-person workshops or meetings as needed

As a Training Facilitator, you will create and lead learning environments and experiences for leaders and teams as well as perform analysis to assess where we can optimize for growth. You will provide creative and technical expertise by building interactive and engaging learning solutions that support our team goals. You should have a deep understanding of learning systems and design principles involved in creating innovative and interactive solutions. As a Consultant, you will help clients to achieve best in class diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in the workplace. This role will be exposed to real world challenges and rewarding experiences while leading in the development of client deliverables.


Training Facilitator

  • Assess the learning needs and be the voice of the learner to ensure that their needs are at the forefront of the design and development of synchronous and synchronous learning solutions

  • Develop, design, and manage learning materials, content, and assessment tools

  • Collaborate with internal team and partners in understanding and implementing solutions for use in a variety of learning interventions

  • Track data that can be used to evaluate and enhance learning programs


  • Lead consulting team members to gather and analyze data in a collaborative team environment on a number of ongoing and ad hoc DEI client projects

  • Conduct regular research on DEI topics

  • Develop written and visual deliverables for Ellavate Solutions consulting projects (in PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

  • Must work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints.


  • Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology, Human Resources or other relevant coursework from an accredited university

  • Minimum of 2 years previous professional experience providing deliverables to external clients at a fast-growing company or startup similar in size/scale to Ellavate Solutions

  • Have proven skills in information and presentation design (2 different samples of work required)

  • Be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

  • Highly proficient in Google applications, including Gmail and Drive, and technologically savvy; ability to find more efficient ways to operate using digital tools and systems

  • Workshop facilitation and consulting presentation public speaking skills

  • Proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills

  • Desire to grow and learn within the practice

  • Strong understanding of varied learning styles

  • Demonstrated experience determining and tracking assessments and evaluation methods

  • Have prior experience in diversity, equity, & inclusion related areas desired but not mandatory
